K2 Data Products

The tables below describe the K2 data products and catalogs currently available
from MAST and how to access them.
Files listed as online can be downloaded from the browser
at https://archive.stsci.edu/missions/k2.
Alternatively, ftp via anonymous to archive.stsci.edu and
cd to /pub/k2/. Other files listed as not online can be requested
from DADS via the listed search interface.
Click on the listed document link, or refer to the Archive Manual for more information. |
- File Type - Some of the K2 data products are assigned a new archive class (shown in parentheses), although the original Kepler class is also referenced. If a class is not assigned, a common name is given.
- Description - Brief description of data product.
- How to Download - This is a link to a page with more information on how to retrieve the data.
- Online - Online files are files that can be downloaded directly from the browser or via FTP. Files not online must be requested from the Data Archive and Distribution Service (DADS) in a batch request submitted from one of several search interfaces. For catalogs, online means the catalog has been stored as an ASCII file and stored in a public area. However, all search results can be downloaded as a file.

- Updates - This column gives users an idea of how often files
were received or updated.
- Notes
- This is the latest but still beta version of the K2 Data Products page.
- The SPICE files are cumulative so only the latest files are made available.
