Two new JWST-based HLSPs were released this month: PHANGS-JWST and JWSTSTARS. Updates were made to several TESS-based HLSPs, namely GSFC-ELEANOR-LITE, TICA, and QLP.
This summer, MAST will host six weekly, hour-long webinars. Join us to learn about accessing and analyzing archival data in the cloud; no downloads required! Registration for this event, on the other hand, is required.
This month, updates were made to two TESS HLSPs: TESS-SPOC and TICA. These updates include over 300,000 new light curves and the latest quick-look full frame images from sector 74.
This summer, MAST will host a 6 session webinar series on the TIKE cloud science platform. Join us to learn about the cloud, machine learning, and more!
MAST Staff will be at AAS 243. Whether you have questions, feedback, or just want to say hello to your favorite astronomical archive, you can visit our booth anytime this week.
Updates in December include the release of Ullyses DR7 (UV Spectra of young stars), new OPAL images (outer planets imaging), and updates to several TESS-based HLSPs.
This month, there are two new Kepler-based HLSPs: K2YSO, offering light curves of young stellar objects; and KBONUS-BKG, a light curve collection of "background" Kepler stars.
MAST staff will be present at the TESS Saturday workshop; join us to learn about working on our cloud platform, TIKE.
As of today, MAST has released a new search interface for JWST. This is a new interface with new features; current interfaces are not being removed. Read on to learn more!
A new HLSP combines imaging and spectroscopic data from Spitzer, Hubble, Chandra, GALEX, and JWST to produce a comprehensive study of over 200 of the most luminous infrared-selected galaxies in the local universe. Updates were made to several TESS HLSPs.
Updated High-Level Science Products in September include new Hubble maps for the gas giant planets, new SEDs for 11 exoplanet-hosting stars that have guaranteed JWST time, and a number of updates with new TESS light curves and full-frame images.
TESS Sector 66 data validation products have been updated in MAST; any products downloaded prior to 2023-09-06 should be replaced with the latest version.
After six weeks of hard work, twelve interns presented their pieces of art, each inspired by data from MAST. Missed the event? Fortunately, the art has been digitized and is available online!
