The Proposal Abstracts Catalog is an ASCII listing of all accepted
proposals for the Hubble Space Telescope. For each proposal, the
catalog lists the proposal type, the science category, the proposal ID,
the proposal title, the principal investigator (PI), and the abstract.
The catalog is sorted in descending order of proposal ID (most recent
proposals first); proposal IDs beginning with a letter are for
GTO-reserved programs.
The Proposal Abstracts catalog is constructed once a year.
The current version was constructed on 2008-10-06.
