The UIT Mission Home Page has some information and the UIT Picture Gallery. (The UIT home page is now hosted at MAST).
UIT was one of three instruments of the ASTRO mission. The HUT project was based at Goddard Space Flight Center while the WUPPE project was based at University of Wisconsin. The three instrument teams coordinated observations and targets.
