Technically, the times are CLOSE to UTC. From the description of the CLOCKCOR keyword: EUVE times are not guaranteed to be corrected to UT. Regular corrections are applied to the EUVE spacecraft clock to keep EUVE times near UT, but there is drift between corrections. The EUVE time is always kept within 0.9 msec of UT, and usually within 0.7 msec. |
