12/21/16 - Due to heavy demand, we are limiting the size of the allowed
search radius. Currently search radii must be less than 0.5 degrees for standard
searches and 0.02 degrees for file upload queries.
12/20/16 - A bug introduced Tuesday night (~5 PM EST) prevented any
PanSTARRS searches from running. It was fixed the next morning. In spite
of the bug, over 2,100 queries were submitted today.
12/19/16 - The PanSTARRS catalog search interface was made public.

(Pan-STARRS) is a wide-field imaging facility developed at the University
of Hawaii's Institute for Astronomy,
with the primary goal of discovering and characterizing
Earth-approaching objects, both asteroids & comets, that might pose a danger
to our planet.
